These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the AshutoshTrading website and any course, webinar, or bot-related service purchased through it. By using this site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

AshutoshTrading provides educational content on price action trading, risk management, and trading psychology, along with custom software automation services (trading bots). We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or buy/sell recommendations of any kind.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. Nothing on this website, in our course, webinar, or bot services constitutes a guarantee of profit or specific performance. Past backtest results do not guarantee future outcomes.

3. Course & Webinar Access

• Course access is granted upon successful payment and is for individual, non-transferable use.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing course content is strictly prohibited.
• Webinar seats are allocated on a first-come basis and may be limited per session.

4. Trading Bot Services

Custom bot development is a software engineering service based on rules and parameters you provide. We are not responsible for trading losses arising from strategy performance, broker API issues, market conditions, or connectivity failures once a bot is deployed.

5. Payments & Refunds

Course and service refund eligibility, if any, will be communicated at the time of purchase. Digital course content, once accessed, is generally non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, website content, and branding are the intellectual property of AshutoshTrading and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom bot source code delivered as part of a paid engagement belongs to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to any systems, or use our content for unlawful purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

AshutoshTrading and its team shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including trading losses, arising from the use of our educational content, community, or automation services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
